January 07, 2019 – Glenwood Regional Medical Center and Steward Medical Group are pleased to welcome Family Doctors of Northeast Louisiana (NELA) to the Steward Health Care system. The team of nine has practiced in the area for 19 years and brings an expertise in primary health care services to provide high‐quality care for patients in the community.

Family Doctors of Northeast Louisiana includes practitioners Steven McMahan, MD, Mark Dollar, MD, Byron Henry, MD, Tommy Banks III, MD, Erin Robinson Breard, MD, Carrie Genusa, FNP, Kimberly Hawkins, FNP, Kimberly Kornegay, FNP, and Lindsey Morrow, FNP. They specialize in internal and family medicine, treating patients from newborns through geriatrics.

By joining Steward Medical Group, these physicians are now affiliated with Glenwood Regional Medical Center. The hospital was recently awarded an ‘A’ from The Leapfrog Group’s Fall 2018 Hospital Safety Grade.
